Friends from Finland

On November 11th, 2010, Carolyn Raville asked Sharon Daszczynski and me to join her in hosting a lunch at Mimi's Restaurant for two of our new friends from Finland, Kai Arvinen and Ros-Marie Souranto.  I have to tell you, we had a great time.  Kai, I found, is an adventurous guy; after explaining the basic concepts of "Cajun cooking" to Kai, he decided to go with it.  "A bit spicy," he decided, but he seemed to like it.  He and Ros-Marie are both very happy people who enjoy laughing and have a good sense of humor.  In spite of the spicy shrimp.  Some of these photos are from Kai and Ros-Marie, some are mine.
